The engine reads CSV and XLSX exports from your ERP, finance system or SaaS management tool, and parses contract PDFs alongside them. For every line it extracts vendor, renewal date, monthly recurring revenue, seat count and billing cadence — so the same vendor billed monthly in two cost centres is treated as one contract, not two.
Ledger lines are joined with SSO seat counts, ERP cost centres and HRIS / Jira signals. The engine spots duplicate stacks (HubSpot vs Intercom, Figma vs Sketch, Slack vs Teams), ghost seats where the invoice count exceeds the active SSO count, and long-tail leakage from sub-€100 vendors that never get reviewed at renewal.
Every vendor gets a red, orange or green verdict scored against your spend baseline and identity hygiene.
